Senior Enterprise was presented to the ESF AGE Network in Tallinn, Estonia on 15th June 2011. The participants showed quick interest in learning about Senior Enterprise and considered the initiative to have high potential for implementation elsewhere.
The ESF-Age Network consists of public authorities from 14 EU-member states and regions. By working together and pooling their knowledge, they hope to identify, validate and disseminate high-level strategies to manage the ageing workforce in Europe effectively. The activities of the ESF Age Network are being funded by the European Commission from 2010 to 2013, under the ESF 2007-2013 Budget Line for Learning for Change Networks.
Their ultimate aim of ESF-Age Network is to incorporate innovative strategies, policies and instruments into the programmes and procedures of the European Social Fund. To learn more about the ESF-Age Network please visit their website.
